Josh Moore was forced to retire from race-riding after a spell in critical care with fat embolism syndrome, a rare condition which developed when he was being treated for injuries after a heavy fall at Haydock. Now training with his father, Gary, he spoke to Nick Luck about what occurred, including learning to speak again and the vivid dreams he had when in a coma.
