Sara Bradstock - Mr Vango, late 'soulmate' Mark and my life in racing - Luck On Sunday

The charismatic trainer is only down to around five or six horses now with daughter Lily at their base in Wantage, but Midlands National hero Mr Vango is currently advertising the prowess of this small team with typical staying chasers and Sara joins us to talk about a potentially dream Grand National bid - ground-permitting - as well as the "tear-jerking" journey with her husband Mark, who sadly died in March 2024. Both were responsible for some great stories and successes in recent times, most notably Carruthers in what is now the Coral Gold Cup and Coneygree, who famously won the Cheltenham Gold Cup as a novice under Nico de Boinville back in 2015.
