Wore hood to start, raced in second, pushed along over 1f out, pestered for position inside final furlong, rallied and kept on, no chance with winner towards finish

Slowly away, in rear but soon in touch, briefly pressed for second inside final furlong, weakened towards finish

Stayed in stall and refused to race (stewards were satisfied the start was effected and was gelding therefore deemed a runner)
