Dermot Weld last won the Darley Irish Oaks with Dance Design back in 1996 but attempts to end the drought in Sunday's renewal.
The master of Rosewell House saddles Grace O'Malley, who carries the colours of his mother Gita, and big-race pilot Pat Smullen expects the filly to put up a good show.
"She's a great woman who has bred a lot of good horses, she's had a lot of stakes winners in the last couple of years. This is a nice filly and anyone would like to own her," Smullen told At The Races.
"She's an improving filly. I know you have to be realistic in life and it is going to be difficult to beat the front two in the market (Sariska and Midday) as they are the one-two from Epsom, everyone can see that.
"We are definitely riding to win, I like her a lot and she is an improver.
"You never know, especially if the ground has a good dig in it, it might not suit others and it might suit her."
