Paul Flynn has his eyes on a decent prize at Market Rasen on Saturday through the progressive Archie Boy.
A winner of his last three starts over fences, he now switches his attentions to the Listed totescoop5 Summer Hurdle at the Lincolnshire venue. His most recent run was at Newton Abbot, where the former Cheltenham Festival-winning jockey turned trainer employed the services of Tony McCoy for an odds-on success.
"He was going to run in a chase at Killarney on Monday but I pulled him out because the ground was too soft," said County Longford-based Flynn.
"It's about good to firm at Market Rasen, so I'd say he'd go there.
"He has improved a lot over fences so he ought to be better over hurdles too and I'd be quite hopeful.
"I've had one or two recently in England and the horses are running OK but the prize-money would help, that's for sure."
